About the Course

In this course, emphasis is placed on both the aesthetic and conceptual aspects of the design process. Different graphical work processes are combined in a layout. The theory and methods taught to place the student work in context and equip the students with practical and technical skills. Students learn to combine typography and colour in the design to create comprehensive designs for print. The course also deals with the history of graphic design so that students can understand the subject's development and social significance.
