About the Course

The course is aimed to teach candidates how to plan and start-up their own business. Candidates will learn how to develop, form and pitch a prototype for a business idea. Candidates will also learn how to plan and structure a business, what tools to use and how to create a digital footprint. The candidate is provided knowledge and essential training in how to form a marketing strategy and communicate brand through to chosen client segment. The course also provides insight into sales strategies and growth hacking.

Course Relevance
The aim of the course is to provide candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills for obtaining work or starting and running his/her own business after graduation. The acquired assignments can be single projects for multiple employers. The projects will be an integrated part of the course under teacher supervision. Exercise with obtaining assignments, financial and administrative operations of a company will provide real-world experience.

Teaching varies between online based lessons, lectures, software training, activities, guidance, collaborative work and presentations.

Examination and Assessment
The learning outcomes are assessed in compulsory assignments as Passed/Not Passed.

Re-Examination
It is possible to re-sit this course after the guidelines clearly outlined in the school's examination rules.

Course Work Requirements
Compulsory assignments must be submitted and evaluated with a passing grade. There will be given verbal guidance or written feedback together with the grade.
