The course provides knowledge of websites, online visibility, user experience and results- oriented development. The course provides knowledge of and skills with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Candidates are provided insight into customer relations and the management of client websites and running marketing activities. The course also provides knowledge of methods for search engine optimization, search marketing, in addition to introducing technology and programming languages used to build websites. Candidates are also provided communication skills for collaborating with developers, designers and programmers. The course builds on competence from Content Marketing.

The course aims to provide hands-on experience with user and customer relations through working on client websites and digital marketing of products.
