About the Course

This course explores how to create powerful visual content using only a mobile device. Students learn how to capture high-quality images and design eye-catching graphics that are effective across various social media and web formats. The focus is on utilising natural light, composition, and simple techniques to create visuals that appear professional and align with a brand’s identity.

Through hands-on practice, students develop an understanding of visual design principles such as layout, colour, hierarchy, and typography, and how these influence how audiences respond to content. They learn to edit images and create mobile-first designs using Canva, Snapseed, and Lightroom while developing a consistent visual style across all content types. The course also guides students in creating their own content kits, curating visual libraries, and striking a balance between polished and raw visuals to maintain content authenticity and engagement.
