About the Course

This course explores how sound, voice, and storytelling impact the way audiences interact with content in the digital age. Students learn how to plan and script podcasts, webinars, and live sessions that are structured, engaging, and aligned with a clear purpose. They gain practical experience in recording and editing audio using accessible tools while learning to create authentic content that informs, entertains, and builds connections.

The course also looks at how innovation is transforming storytelling. Students explore new tools, such as drones, GoPro cameras, and 360-degree cameras, to experiment with visual and immersive formats. They use AI to support idea development, writing, and branded design, while learning how to apply it responsibly and transparently. Through discussion and practice, students learn to identify misinformation, deepfakes, and manipulation, developing awareness of ethical storytelling in modern media.
