About the Course

The programme concludes with a major project that reflects competence the candidates have acquired during the academic year. The candidate must solve the assignment independently, or as a group, from a given practical problem. Internship projects are encouraged and the project challenges candidates to ind a real-world project to acquire practical experience in a professional setting. The candidate is responsible for all aspects of the project, in accordance with the supervisor through the internship, if applicable. . The completed project will be presented to the teacher, censor, fellow students and if applicable, the customer. The course builds on competence from all courses during the academic year. 
 
Course Relevance  
The aim of the course is to provide candidates with the ability to make independent choices and deliver a comprehensive product from start to inish with professional standards, deadline compliancy and focus on eficient worklows. The project work is independent, and the project scope is set with guidance from the teacher and/or industry.

  • can reflect over his/her own practice as a 3D developer and adjust it under supervision to improve performance and overall results  
  • can find and refer to information and material related to the project work and assess its relevance in accordance with the specified project brief
General Competence

The Candidate…  

  • can plan and carry out the development of 3D productions, alone or as part of a group, and in accordance with ethical requirements and 3D design guidelines  
  • can carry out work based on the needs of project specific target groups or a customer brief   
  • can exchange points of view with 3D professionals and participate in discussions about best practices within 3D production  
  • can contribute to the development of industry projects and follow-through with a high standard
